Lazy Man’s Peach Cobbler

Nothing like coming home and enjoying one of your favourite treats. Prepare to have your mind blown.

My girlfriend whipped up the most tasty homemade peach cobbler for the shower, and the recipe is uber easy. It’s also kind of secret, but I’ll give you something that is uber close to the real thing.

Lazy Man’s Peach Cobbler
1 stick of butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 bag frozen peaches

Melt 1 stick of butter. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add 1 cup of milk and stir together well. Pour over melted butter. Pour peaches including juice over mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Trick is to do the cinnamon to taste, and more is better in my opinion. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

You can always substitute summertime peaches for fall apples, or blueberries, cherries, etc.

Might I recommend topping with vanilla ice cream?
